Farm Scan, project presented by and Elif Lab, has been selected in the DIGIFED Standard Application Experiment open call, project funded in the context of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 872088.
Farm Scan is a decision support platform for precision and sustainable agriculture, using different sources and algorithms to enable monitoring of activities and data-driven decision-making.
Elif Lab in this project is involved in:
▪ Retrieval and analysis of images and data from satellites (Sentinel 1, Sentinel 2, SMAP…).
▪ Field data analysis
▪ Geolocated weather data retrieval and analysis
▪ Creation of algorithms and prescription maps for precision agriculture
▪ Creation of algorithms for prediction of possible adverse events
