CV Screening is the solution to streamline the screening of hundreds or thousands of curricula, which often takes a long time and with qualitative results not always up to scratch.
Through the extraction of data contained in the curricula and the integration with chatbot interfaces and dynamic questionnaires, CV Screening helps recruiters to orient themselves among the applications received for open positions, allowing them to identify the best profiles.
The software offers the possibility of archiving and correlating the assessments of recruiters and/or other evaluation systems (e.g. 360), useful for improving the predictiveness of the analysis in a “machine learning” logic.
The project is complemented by a module of video interviews analysis in order to identify significant features, correlations and propose the best candidates.
